Privacy Policy
How TexArxs Innovations collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data — and your rights over it.
1. Who we are
TexArxs Innovations Private Limited ("TexArxs", "we", "our") is a company registered in India providing Apple-specialist IT consulting, managed services, talent placement and training. We operate www.texarxs.com. For the purposes of the India DPDP Act 2023 and EU/UK GDPR, TexArxs is the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

2. What data we collect
We only collect data you actively provide through our forms. We do not buy data, scrape data, or build profiles from third-party sources.
IT Services enquiry form
- Name, email address, phone number (optional), company name
- Service of interest and description of your needs
Training enquiry form
- Name, email address, phone number (optional)
- Current role, topic of interest, preferred format, background/goals (optional)
Hire Talent form (organisations)
- Contact name, work email, phone, designation, company name, website
- Role details, employment type, work mode, experience requirements
- Job description document — PDF or Word (optional)
Candidate profile form
- Full name, email address, phone number, current location
- Current role, total IT experience, Apple IT experience
- Preferred role type, work mode, notice period, current CTC (optional)
- Apple IT skills, certifications (Apple & Jamf), other certifications, education
- LinkedIn URL (optional), personal statement (optional)
- Resume document (PDF or Word, required) — this is sensitive personal data under Indian law
Automatically collected
- IP address — stored alongside submissions for spam prevention only
- Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept cookies (see Section 6)
3. Why we collect it and legal basis
IT Services & Training enquiries
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: Consent (checkbox on form) and legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you initiated).
Hire Talent (organisations)
Purpose: to match your hiring requirement with qualified Apple IT candidates.
Legal basis: Consent and contract performance.
Candidate profiles
Purpose: to consider your profile for Apple IT roles and, with permission, introduce you to client organisations.
Legal basis: Explicit consent — you must tick the consent checkbox before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@texarxs.com.
Analytics
Purpose: to understand site usage and improve the experience.
Legal basis: Consent via cookie banner.
4. How long we keep it
- IT Services & Training: 24 months from submission, or until the enquiry is resolved — then anonymised or deleted.
- Hire Talent requirements: 12 months from submission or until the role is filled.
- Candidate profiles: 12 months from submission. After that we email to ask if you wish to remain in our talent pool. No response within 30 days = data deleted.
- Uploaded files (resumes, JDs): Deleted with the associated record.
- Analytics: Up to 14 months per Google Analytics defaults.
You can request deletion at any time regardless of these schedules — see Section 8.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for marketing purposes.
- Client organisations (candidates only): With your explicit consent, we may share your profile with organisations that have a relevant Apple IT vacancy. We do not share your resume or contact details without further consent.
- Hostinger: Our hosting and database provider — processes data as a data processor under our instructions.
- Google Analytics: Anonymised usage data — only if you accept cookies.
- Legal requirement: We may disclose data if required by law or court order.
6. Cookies and analytics
- txCookieConsent — stores your cookie preference. No personal data. Expires after 1 year.
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _gid, _ga_*): Measures site traffic. Only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Opt out anytime via the banner or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers.
7. How we protect your data
- All data transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
- Database not publicly accessible — only via authenticated application code.
- Uploaded files stored outside web root — served only through authenticated admin sessions.
- Admin portal uses bcrypt password hashing and login rate limiting.
- Access to submissions restricted by role — team members see only relevant form types.
- Credentials stored in environment files outside web root, never in source code.
If you believe your data has been compromised, contact hello@texarxs.com immediately.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (EU/UK) you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (actioned within 30 days)
- Withdraw consent — at any time; does not affect prior processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interests
- Nominate — under DPDP Act, nominate someone to exercise rights on your behalf
To exercise any right, email hello@texarxs.com with subject "Data Request — [Your Name]". We respond within 30 days. We may verify your identity first.
EU/UK residents may complain to their local data protection authority (e.g. the ICO in the UK). Indian residents may contact the Data Protection Board of India once constituted under the DPDP Act.
9. Children's data
Our services are for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact hello@texarxs.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage periodic review.
11. Contact & Grievance Officer
For any privacy query, request or complaint — including as required under India's IT Rules and DPDP Act:
