Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

TexArxs Innovations Private Limited ("TexArxs", "we", "our") is a company registered in Tamil Nadu, India, providing IT services and consulting, with a focus on Apple devices at work, and IT talent placement. We operate this website. Under the DPDP Act 2023 and EU/UK GDPR, TexArxs is the data controller (data fiduciary) for personal data submitted through it.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect data you give us through our forms or by email. We do not buy data, scrape data or build profiles from other sources.

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the topic you choose, company size (optional) and your message.
• Hire talent form (organisations): your name, job title, company, country, work email, phone and website (optional), the role details (employment type, work mode, location, working hours, experience, budget and timeline), the MDM platforms and requirements, and a job description document (PDF or Word, optional).
• Training form: your name, email, phone (optional), current role, city in India, the workshop or option you choose, an optional message and, if you offer to freelance or teach, your experience, skills and LinkedIn profile (optional).
• Talent pool form (professionals): your name, email, phone (optional), city, LinkedIn profile (optional), current role, experience, preferred role type, work mode and working hours, notice period, current and expected pay (optional), skills, platforms, certifications, education, anything you tell us about yourself, and your CV (PDF or Word, required). We treat your CV as sensitive: it is stored outside the public website and only signed-in TexArxs staff can open it.
• Spam protection: on our form pages, Cloudflare Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots. When you send a form, our server passes your IP address to Cloudflare for that check; we receive only a pass or fail.
• Security records: our form system stores only a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, with each submission and in a short security log. It never stores your raw IP address, and the log never contains your name, email or message.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the service.

3. Why We Collect It and on What Basis

• Enquiries: to reply to you. Basis: your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started.
• Hire talent requests: to find candidates for the role you describe. Basis: your consent and taking steps towards a contract with you.
• Training enquiries: to organise workshops, email you the dates and, if you offer to freelance or teach, to consider you for that work. Basis: your consent.
• Talent pool profiles: to assess you in a technical interview, prepare an anonymised candidate card and, with your agreement, introduce you to organisations with a suitable role. Basis: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Spam protection and security records: to keep the forms and website safe. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

4. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries: 24 months from submission, then deleted or anonymised.
• Hire talent requests and job descriptions: 12 months from submission, or until the role is filled.
• Training enquiries: 12 months from submission, then deleted.
• Talent pool profiles and CVs: 12 months from your last update. Then we email you to ask whether you want to stay in our talent pool; if you do not reply within 30 days, we delete your profile and CV.
• Uploaded files are deleted together with the record they belong to.
• Form security log: 30 days, then deleted automatically. Rate-limit records: deleted once they are more than an hour old.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whatever these periods say: see section 8.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

• Organisations hiring (talent pool only): employers see an anonymised candidate card (a reference number, your experience, skills, platforms and our interview scores). We share your name, contact details, CV and pay details only after you agree to it for that specific role.
• Hostinger: hosts our website, database and email, and processes data only on our instructions.
• Cloudflare: runs the Turnstile spam check on our form pages.
• Where the law requires it, for example a court order.

6. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and has no cookie banner because it does not need one. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical data in your browser only to complete the spam check on form pages.

7. How We Protect Your Data

• Everything is sent over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• The database is not publicly reachable; only our application code can use it.
• CVs and job descriptions are stored outside the public website and can be opened only through a signed-in admin session.
• The admin uses hashed passwords and limits repeated login attempts.
• Access is limited by role: team members see only the form types they work with.
• Passwords and keys are kept in configuration files outside the public website, never in source code.

8. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 (India) and GDPR (EU and UK) you can ask us to:

• Access: give you a copy or summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct: fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase: delete your data, within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent: at any time. It does not affect what we did before.
• Portability: give you your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Object: to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Nominate: under the DPDP Act, name someone to exercise your rights if you die or cannot act.

How to Make a Request

Email hello@texarxs.com with the subject "Data request" and your full name in the message. We reply within 30 days and may first ask you to confirm your identity.

If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK). In India, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

Our services are for professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us data, email hello@texarxs.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. We show the date of the latest change at the top and bottom of this page.

11. Contact and Grievance Officer

For any privacy question, request or complaint, including under India’s IT Rules and the DPDP Act, contact our Grievance Officer at TexArxs Innovations Private Limited: email hello@texarxs.com with the subject "Privacy / data request". We answer questions within 5 business days and requests within 30 days. We work Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST.
