How do you vet candidates?

We shortlist people against your job description, then a TexArxs engineer runs a structured technical interview. Each candidate is scored on technical depth and working style, and you receive a candidate card with those scores.

Where are your candidates based?

In India. You can hire them for remote roles from anywhere, or for on-site and hybrid roles in India. Tell us whose working hours the role follows; candidates tell us which hours they are open to, including UK and US hours.

Which types of engagement can you help with?

What does a candidate card show?

A reference number, experience, base location, work mode, availability, an overall score and a score for each parameter, the MDM platforms confirmed hands-on, and the main skills and certifications. The candidate’s name and CV are shared only after they agree to meet you.
