Will you share my CV without asking me?
No. Employers see an anonymised candidate card. We share your name, contact details and CV only after you agree for that specific role.
What happens in the technical round?
A TexArxs engineer who works with the same platforms interviews you about your hands-on experience, then scores you on technical and working-style parameters. It is a conversation about real work, not a quiz.
Can I choose my working hours?
Yes. Tell us which hours you are open to, including UK and US shifts, and we only put you forward for roles that match.
How do I update or remove my profile?
